Designed for today’s active woman, the silver-tone Citizen Eco-Drive 180 World Watch for women offers a sleek, contemporary design. This mid-sized, stainless steel timepiece features a black dial that’s accented by silver stylized hands and a mix of stick and Roman numeral dial markers. The silver stainless steel bracelet band features links that mix brushed and polished finishes, and it’s joined by a push-button folding safety clasp. Other features include a date function at 3 o’clock, scratch resistant mineral crystal with anti-reflective coating, and water resistance to 100 meters (330 feet).
This watch is powered by Citizen’s unique Eco-Drive, which absorbs sunlight and any artificial light through the crystal and dial to recharge the watch continuously. With regular exposure to light, the Eco-Drive continuously recharges itself for a lifetime of use. This watch’s Eco-Drive provides a 178-day power reserve, and it can be recharged with just 2 hours of exposure to light.

A quality ladies, mid-size timepiece by Citizen. This classy, silvertone, black dial watch can be worn dressed up or casual. The black dial with silver stylized hands, sweep second hand, and Roman numerals make this an easy read watch.

This watch works as expected. It is kind of chunky, but since I wanted it for casual wear that is not a problem. I sure wish we could still get the old-fashioned watches that need to be wound up. When I get dressed up and want to wear a watch, it would be fantastic to be able to have a smaller, occasional-wear watch that hasn’t run out of batteries while sitting in my jewelry drawer!
5 Stars Can’t believe I got a great Citizen watch for a low price!
Everything about this transaction was perfect, just as if I bought this in a retail jewelry store…without the high prices! I love this watch…no more buying batteries and destroying my watch backs/cases trying to save money replacing my own batteries!!! I will never buy a cheap, battery operated watch again…only solar or kinetic watches for me now! And the low price I paid, saving about $75 from retail, was about the same as some of the trendy fashion watches that do require batteries. My next Citizen watch will be from Amazon too!!
5 Stars Perfect
I received a $100 Amazon gift card and decided to look for a new watch. I narrowed it down to about 20 watches and then by a process of elimination chose this one…and it is perfect! It is not too big not too small, I have a reasonably thin wrist and had five links removed. The watch has a quality in its appearance and like most reviewers have mentioned, it can be worn as dressy or casual. A real big plus is that I will never have to change a battery, it’s not only the expense that is saved but also the inconvenience of battery replacement is avoided. I would highly recommend this watch…I love it!
