I loved the look of this watch… can’t talk about durability because I got it just a few days ago… the reason I rate it 4 instead of 5 is that the packaging it arrived in is not one I can use to present it as a gift… i was looking forward to something more fancy, if not fancy, at least decent rather than a plain thin cardboard box …
5 Stars Elegant and Inexpensive
I love this watch! I purchased it for myself after Christmas. Other reviewers have stated that it looks better in person, and it does. It is lightweight and small, yet I have had no problems seeing the dial. I would purchase it again and I am sure that I will buy for someone else as a gift - all around excellent watch.
5 Stars gorgeous watch
As others have said, this watch is quite elegant and it’s hard to believe it’s so inexpensive. there is a small, clear stone at 12 o’clock and gold dots for the numbers. The sweep second hand is gold, as are the hour and minute hands. It’s just the right diameter and is just so pretty. Hopefully it will be sturdy and durable, but don’t know that yet as i just have had it for a month. So far I am very pleased with it.

1 Stars A sad disappointment
I liked the watch at first. It’s pretty and it ran fine–for two months. Then it dropped dead.
I had the battery checked, and that wasn’t the problem. A watch ought to last longer than two months. Since I bought it from Amazon, there doesn’t seem to be any way to exchange it for a model that actually works. (I checked.) I know that all products have lemons occasionally, but this has rather soured me on Armitron watches.
