User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars workout time keeper
I purchased this watch as a gift for my wife to time her workouts. She loves it. when it time to workout the watch completes the outfit.

5 Stars Just what I wanted!
This watch is perfect! It is easy to read, has a great backlight, and lots of functions. I have just started an exercise program, so the chrono comes in very handy. And it has 3 alarms, and a function that reminds you of important events. The band is what sold me though. It is velcro, so it’s easy on/off, and completely washable. I am not much of a watch wearer, but this one is hard to take off!

4 Stars great value for price
This watch is just what I was looking for. I am a beginner runner and didn’t need to spend a ton on a watch to track my run time.

4 Stars Kept trying to get away… and then succeeded.
I had this watch for about a year, and it worked great. The only problem was the velcro strap. It was unwieldy to use, and then even worse when I lost the plastic fastener it tucks under. Over time the velcro became less sticky, and the strap kept coming apart. I temporarily lost the watch on multiple occasions, since it slid off my wrist when the velcro came undone. Finally, I was at a beach with some waves, and it floated away for good after one wave hit my arm. I am tempted to buy another, because I really liked the watch, but will probably get one with a clasp strap.

3 Stars Hate the wristband, like the watch
This watch would be perfect if it weren’t for the band. I asked for this for a birthday gift from my parents, thinking that the band was a fabric type, velcro, all the way around. I hate plastic bands because they sweat and hurt my wrists. WEll, this is fabric only half of the way around, the other half is plastic on the inside. And to make it worse, the top portion where the band loops through rubs terribly on the wrist bone. It looks nice but sits too high on the wrist unless you overtighten it. BUt it doesn’t fit right at all. Rather than send it back, which is what I should’ve done, I tried to alter the band since you can’t replace it. It is connected to the watch itself on the bottom. Well, that didn’t work out too well. So I either will attach it to my shoe or just have to get another watch. I am so disappointed with this. The watch itself is great but I wonder, did Timex even try this on woman’s wrists? This thing is so uncomfortable. Just FYI, I have medium size women’s wrist. Not tiny and not large so this should have fit if this was made right. THis is the most uncomfortable watch I have ever tried to wear. The watch itself has great features and works great. That’s the only reason I gave it 3 stars.
